Your role
As an Account Manager you are the trusted advisor for a portfolio of growing small and medium-sized businesses! Your mission is to nurture existing relationships and help them flourish by mastering our cutting-edge advertising platform. Youll be the bridge between their business goals and our innovative ad solutions ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities
Nurture Growth: Manage a portfolio of clients serving as their primary point of contact and strategic expert.
Tailored Strategies: Deep-dive into client goals to provide advertising strategies that drive real results.
Drive Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client investment.
Data-Driven Insights: Conduct regular meetings to review performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
Target Focused: Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention objectives through proactive management.
Relationship Builder: Ensure high levels of loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service and timely solutions.
Keep it Organized: Maintain accurate client information and revenue forecasts in Salesforce.
Your Profile
Language Master: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1).
Experienced Pro: At least 18 months of proven experience in sales account management or client-facing roles.
Strategy Expert: Strong capability in creating digital advertising strategies tailored to growing businesses.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
Adaptable: Ability to quickly understand new business models and platform updates.
Education: BA/BS degree preferred or a career path reflecting strong functional expertise.
