Job Description
The HRBP Director role looks after one of the large business units of the organization (over 1000 headcount). This will manage a high performing team of around 7 focused on HR Business Partnership functions. This team is more like talent consultants dedicated to organization development and talent management as well as people development programs. It reports to the Chief Talent Officer.
Qualifications
> Bachelors graduate
> At least 10 to 15 years of experience in senior people leadership talent strategy or professional services environments
> Proven success leading managers and building leadership pipelines in complex matrixed organizations
> Strong understanding of performance management promotion readiness and succession planning
> Ability to partner effectively with senior business and People leaders across geographies
> Strong coaching influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
> Demonstrates a global mindset and cultural dexterity effectively navigating people matters and escalations in a multicountry multicultural environment
> Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with senior leaders peers and subjectmatter specialists producing clear and concise documentation and presentations
> Exercises sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive and complex people matters including under pressure
> Manages multiple priorities and initiatives with strong organization focus and execution discipline
> Applies analytical and reporting skills to support people governance insights and decisionmaking using firmissued tools and technologies
> Demonstrates flexibility agility and resilience in a fastpaced and evolving environment
