Heres the Plan: Step Into High-Impact Risk Protection Youll own Potential Infraction Calls High-Risk Call Reviews (sales over specific dollar amounts) and Refunded Call Reviews. Youll create Quality Infractions and make sure every rep completes the assigned training so issues never repeat.

Master the Art of Total Compliance Youll become the guardian who helps our entire team achieve complete script adherence without variation. Daily youll play a direct role in helping management reach KPI Benchmarks and lead the charge to completely eliminate all compliance infraction risk from Tribe.

Earn While You Protect This is a paid hourly role starting at $6/hr with clear growth as we scale the Quality Department. The cleaner our calls stay because of your reviews the more the whole company winsincluding you.
