Quality Tester

Sitting within our Product Development team we are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Tester who will work in an Agile and multi-disciplined team. Our core focus is on quality assurance of our proprietary travel products and platforms.

Contributing to the overall development and delivery process the Quality Assurance Tester performs manual tests to ensure software is fit for purpose and meets quality assurance standards. The Software Tester actively seeks best practices driving high standards of software testing and supporting documentation.

What Youll Do on a Typical Day :

• Execute all levels of testing including integration system acceptance exploratory and regression.
• Design develop and enhance manual test scripts to increase the quality and timeliness of outputs.
• Actively participate within the team contributing and helping generate delivery ideas and solutions.
• Detect and triage software defects and inconsistencies managing defects through to resolution.
• Conduct smoke tests on releases into the production environment.

What Were Looking For :

• Good understanding of the Business Travel industry including knowledge of the GDS Travelport
• Experience in software testing in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with automation testing using C# or Postman.
