People Business Partner

This is not a sit back and maintain HR role. This is for someone who loves being in a fast-moving environment where ideas turn into action - this People Business Partner role youll work closely with managers build structures where needed and directly see the impact of your work across the company. Youll be the face of HR for our teams - the go-to person for managers supporting them challenging them and helping them build strong high-performing teams.

We have a beautiful office in the center of Amsterdam. While we support flexible working we follow a hybrid way of working where many of us work partly from home and partly from the office. For this role we expect you to be present in the office around two days per week to stay closely connected with the teams. At the same time we love bringing our teams together by organizing company events and team activities where we exchange ideas build friendships and celebrate successes.

What this HRBP role looks like
Youll work closely with managers across the organization supporting them in building strong high-performing teams and acting as a trusted partner on all people topics.

In this role you translate people strategy into practical processes set up frameworks and structure HR initiatives that scale with the business. Youll drive projects from idea to impact implement development paths and continuously improve HR operations.

Youll collaborate closely with our Head of People & Culture and experiment with AI and modern tools to make our work smarter and more efficient.

Some of your key tasks as People Business Partner
Youll be the go-to person when it comes to all things people. Think:

• Translate people strategy into practical processes and ways of working

• Partner with managers to build strong engaged and high-performing teams

• Implement and shape learning & development paths across the company

• Take ownership of HR projects from idea to real impact

• Use data and insights to improve engagement performance and retention

• Continuously improve and scale HR operations

• Explore and implement smart HR tech and AI to scale our impact

What you will bring to the People Team

• 25 years of experience in HR (coach admin advisor or junior HRBP)

• Fluent in Dutch (must-have).

• Experience supporting managers on performance engagement and development

• You thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment

• You love ownership: your ideas dont stay ideas you bring them to life

• Curiosity about AI and modern HR tools that help improve and scale HR processes.

• Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR practices

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
