Job Summary
Join VONQs HAPI Partnerships team for a hands-on dive into the world of SaaS and API integrations. As a Technical Support & Partner Enablement Intern you wont just be handling tickets you will be a key player in ensuring our global partners (ATS & HCM systems) successfully launch their integrations. This role is designed for someone who wants to understand the under the hood mechanics of how software platforms talk to each other.
What is HAPI
HAPI (Hiring API) is VONQs powerful partner integration platform. It allows software providers to embed a marketplace of job boards directly into their systems. Youll be working at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation.
Your Impact & Learning Journey:
During this internship you will transition from a learner to an owner in the following areas:
Partner Onboarding: Learn to guide partners through the technical lifecycle from initial documentation sharing to successful launch.
Content Strategy: Own the HAPI Knowledge Base. Youll learn how to translate complex technical concepts into clear user-friendly documentation.
Data Architecture: Gain a practical understanding of XML data mappingthe language of the job board industryby helping partners sync their data with our network.
Ecosystem Management: Proactively coordinate with job boards and partners via Slack and Teams developing professional communication skills in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Who You Are:
Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program for the entire duration of the internship.
A Tech Enthusiast: You are curious about how APIs and SaaS platforms work (you dont need to be a developer but you enjoy figuring things out).
An Organized Communicator: You can take a messy process and make it clear for others. English fluency is a must.
Detail-Oriented: You enjoy the puzzle of data mapping and ensuring everything is in its right place.
Location: Based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam area) is preferred for hybrid collaboration.
The Practical Details:
Compensation: 500600 per month.
Commitment: 4 or 5 days per week (minimum 30 hours).
Growth: You will work directly with our Partnerships and P&E teams receiving consistent feedback and mentorship to help kickstart your career in Tech.
