We are now looking for a driven hands-on Club Manager to take full ownership of our Southampton club and push it to the next level.

This is not just a management role its an opportunity to run a business within a business with real impact on growth performance and member experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the club with a strong focus on sales standards and retention.

This is a hands-on role leading from the front setting the tone and holding the team accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Drive membership sales revenue and retention
Take full ownership of club performance and targets
Maintain exceptional standards across the gym floor and facilities
Lead develop and manage the team to high performance
Deliver a standout member experience
Execute local marketing and outreach activity
Build relationships within the local community
Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance

Proven experience in a sales-driven management role
