Were launching an exciting new Holiday HQ Summer Camp for children aged 412 and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Adventure Camp Manager to lead the way.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll lead the team oversee daily operations support children and families and ensure every day is packed with energy adventure and unforgettable memories.

About the Role

As Adventure Camp Manager youll be responsible for the overall operation of the camp ensuring a safe engaging and high-quality experience for every child.

Youll lead and inspire a team of Activity Coaches oversee daily camp operations support excursions and act as the key point of contact for parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead motivate and develop a team of Activity Coaches
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of camp ensuring activities run smoothly and safely
  • Create a positive energetic and inclusive camp culture
  • Manage camp routines schedules and daily operations
  • Act as the main point of contact for parents and carers on site
  • Support and resolve incidents concerns and escalations professionally
  • Ensure safeguarding health & safety and company policies are followed at all times
  • Play a key role in delivering safe and well-organised excursions
  • Maintain high standards of care engagement and customer experience

  • Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
  • Experience working with parents and customers

Safeguarding

This role requires compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
