Job Summary

Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team. The objective of the Online Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazons suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazons global marketplace to JP you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blocker to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.
Your superior communication organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.

Key job responsibilities
The CN2JP New Seller Recruitment team is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our Target Recruitment this role you will identify pitch and onboard high-potential CN sellers onto Amazon Japan focusing on brands and manufacturers with strong product competitiveness and cross-border growth potential.

You will own the full seller lifecycle from prospecting through post-launch growth. This includes building category-specific pitch narratives using JP unmet demand data conducting consultative seller engagement tailored to different seller profiles (factory-backed manufacturers cross-launch sellers from US/EU and emerging DTC brands) and driving cold-start success through JP localization support supply chain adoption and brand building enablement.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales or seller/account management strong analytical skills to leverage data for seller prioritization and pitch customization and the ability to build trust with diverse seller types ranging from factory owners to brand market knowledge or cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus. Fluency in English is a must.

About the team
The CN2JP Target Recruitment team sits within Amazon Global Sellings New Seller Recruitment organization responsible for identifying and onboarding high-value Chinese sellers onto Amazon Japan. Japan is Amazons third-largest marketplace globally.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting qualifying and cold-calling companies
- 5 years of equivalent experience

- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
