KOC规模化运营 协助上级制定针对KOC的内容策略与信息矩阵管理更大规模的KOC分发体系并持续迭代高效的内容转化模型

品牌自播间支持 深度参与品牌自有直播间的运营工作协助进行直播脚本策划选品排品建议及直播流程优化

效果优化与复盘 监控直播及短视频内容的数据表现GMVROICTR等协助进行投流素材优化与复盘提升投入产出比

流程管理 协助处理直播及内容合作相关的采购订单PO及预算流程

任职要求

本科及以上在读学生对国内电商生态抖音电商淘宝直播小红书等有深入了解

直播爱好者 经常观看直播带货对直播间话术节奏玩法有独到理解有直播间中控或场控经验者加分

数据敏感 具备极强的数据敏感度做事逻辑清晰能从数据中发现问题并提出优化建议

执行力强 能够适应快节奏的电商工作环境细心负责能高效处理多线程任务 具备良好的文案功底和审美能力熟练使用PS/PR等工具者优先 能保证每周至少4天及以上的实习时间能持续实习3-6个月
