Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Oversee rehab department operations as Director of Rehab
- Ensure compliance documentation and quality outcomes
- Lead mentor and support therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Licensed or eligible for PTA licensure in Louisiana
- Leadership experience or interest in a Director of Rehab (DOR) role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
