Connect Students with Life-changing Study Abroad Experiences

DIS is seeking an innovative organized and tech-savvy Marketing and Campaign Manager (maternity cover approximately 10-12 months) to lead our digital marketing campaign efforts.

In this role you will play a key part in inspiring U.S.-based college students to study abroad with DIS in either Copenhagen or Stockholm. Youll manage multi-channel campaigns contribute to budget strategy and collaborate closely with our external agency to drive impactful results. Youll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with a skilled Marketing and Communications team with strong skills within web content creation storytelling branding and much more.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive student inquiries and applications
  • Monitor performance manage budgets and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with our Communications and Content Specialist to align messaging and campaigns
  • Lead coordination with our external marketing agency and manage advertising partnerships
  • Develop new digital strategies and present insights to key stakeholders
  • Support recruitment of Danish and Swedish audiences through targeted marketing efforts
  • Manage email campaigns and audience segmentation in our CRM system Element 451
  • Use data and insights to enhance campaign performance

Were looking for someone who:

  • Is ready to take ownership of campaigns from idea to execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Is passionate about digital marketing and stays on top of platform capabilities and tendencies
  • Has experience planning and executing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Understands how to use data to inform marketing strategies
  • Is organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Thrives both independently and as part of a team
  • Is proactive adaptable and solutions-oriented
  • Is fluent in English (Danish and/or Swedish are a plus)

Bonus if you have:

  • International or study abroad experience
  • Familiarity with the U.S. higher education system
