Tasks
Job description and tasks
We expect the following from our new colleague:
- That he/she prepares the ingredients for the dishes himself/herself.
- That he/she applies basic cooking techniques.
- That he/she provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus the menu card and methods.
- That he/she is responsible for stock and order management.
- That he/she supervises the assistant(s) in a professional manner.
Requirements
Your profile
We are looking for a colleague with MBO level 3 working and thinking level and someone who has knowledge of basic cooking techniques. who has good communication skills in English/Dutch.
