• Project Delivery & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of key project workstreams conducting in-depth analysis designing practical solutions and creating high-quality deliverables that form the backbone of our transformation programs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with client counterparts on a daily basis building trusted relationships facilitating workshops and clearly communicating your findings and recommendations.
• Business & Practice Development: Actively support the development of proposals and contribute to building our teams intellectual property by developing new points of view on key industry topics.
• Team Collaboration & Coaching: Act as a role model and guide for junior consultants providing on-the-job coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications :

You enjoy finding new ways to solve complex problems and convince others with well-founded arguments. Above all you dare to be yourself. As a Senior Consultant you will have:

• A Masters degree in engineering economics and/or business administration.
• 36 years of relevant experience for example in consulting or a project-based role within the energy industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in areas like process analysis operating model design or technology implementation.
• A good understanding of the energy market and a strong interest in its technological trends.
• An intrinsic motivation to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English (mandatory).
