Onboarding Associate Manager

• Lead and motivate a team of field onboarding agents.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Develop and optimize the field onboarding process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new drivers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding such as time to activation and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract qualified driver candidates.
• Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Screen and interview potential drivers to assess their suitability.
• Oversee the verification of driver documents including licenses permits and medical certificates.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and conduct training programs to equip new drivers with the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Ensure that drivers understand the platforms features and guidelines.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in recruitment onboarding or a related field.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
