Job Summary
Overall responsible for managing project execution for applicant levels L1L2 (Packaging & Processing) covering scope cost timeline quality risk resources and stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget schedule technical and safety standards and contractual obligationswhile contributing to business profitability customer satisfaction and strategic objectives.
Provide strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams drive collaboration and uphold high standards of governance reporting and continuous improvement aligned with the Tetra Pak OFCE framework.
What you will do
Ensure all deliverables meet contractual agreements and responsibilities outlined in the project charter
Develop work breakdown structures and project plans to achieve milestones tollgates timeline budget and quality targets
Drive productivity through utilisation of global tools and processes (OFCE Planview SAP OHS Quality Project Governance)
Identify assess and manage project risks including development of mitigation strategies
Manage scope changes and handle variation orders (VOs) effectively
Identify engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
Ensure proper project communication and documentation in line with communication plans
Support WCM and Lessons Learned initiatives to improve processes and systems
Promote team wellbeing through self-awareness and alignment with wellbeing priorities
We believe you have
Minimum 6 years of project management experience (exposure to small/medium projects preferred)
Strong leadership communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI/PMBOK or similar)
Familiarity with tools such as SAP MS Project or Planview is an advantage
PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 certification is preferred
Good command of English and willingness to travel when required
