Tekberry is seeking a Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery for a logistics-aligned platform or functional team for our client a leader in automotive technology and digital innovation.

This role focuses on team execution delivery stability and Agile best practices ensuring that teams are organized aligned and consistently delivering high-quality work.

Serve as Scrum Master for a dedicated Agile team
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies
Ensure team alignment and accountability

Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness
Support sprint planning and execution
Ensure work meets Definition of Ready/Done

Track sprint progress and delivery commitments
Manage cross-team dependencies
Communicate risks and status updates

Identify and resolve blockers
Maintain team productivity and flow
Support continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with Product Engineering and stakeholders
Ensure clear communication across teams
Support delivery alignment with business goals

2 4 years Scrum Master experience
Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum Kanban)
Experience managing backlog and sprint execution
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Must be local to Atlanta and able to work hybrid

CSM or similar certification
Experience with enterprise platforms (Oracle Salesforce etc.)
Experience in logistics or operations environments
