Job Summary
Job Summary (PIM Implementation Specialist)
- Lead the configuration customization and technical integration of a new Product Information Management (PIM) platform.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for PIM systems.
- Ensure PIM implementation supports merchandising eCommerce and marketing team needs.
- Configure PIM features workflows and integrations to align with business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Manage and optimize data modeling attributes taxonomies and data governance within the PIM.
- Oversee and support API integrations scripting and the use of relevant data formats (JSON XML CSV).
- Implement and manage ETL processes using integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Boomi Informatica).
- Troubleshoot resolve technical issues and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless PIM adoption and integration.
- Maintain high data quality accuracy and system reliability during and after migration.
- Provide technical support with minimal downtime to ensure high user satisfaction.
