Skillset- Liability Claim Handling Complex Claim Claim Management
Responsibilities-
Strong foundational and applied experience in U.S. and Canada-based General Liability Cyber Liability and EPL
Client-facing exposure with proven communication skills and service awareness
A history of managing claims through a variety of cycles from intake to complex resolution
Understanding of jurisdictional nuances including comparative negligence statutory guidelines and claims with layered liability
High aptitude for self-sourcing answers initiating critical conversations and displaying resourcefulness
Experience negotiating with carriers and an awareness of claims business processes from the carrier perspective
