The Data Entry / Indexing Specialist is responsible for supporting business operations through accurate data entry and document indexing. This role performs highvolume processing tasks to ensure information is complete accurate and properly categorized within internal systems. The position requires attention to detail consistency and the ability to work efficiently in a productionbased environment.
Responsibilities
Perform alphanumeric data entry into internal systems
Index and categorize documents to ensure easy retrieval
Review data for accuracy and completeness
Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to data processing
Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously
Meet established productivity and quality standards
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screening
Alphanumeric typing skills with a minimum of 10000 keystrokes per hour
Proficient PC skills
Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Office or production environment
Extended periods of sitting
Continuous computer and keyboard use
