Job Summary
Job Description:
Financial Data Management
- Record and check financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Make sure account balances are correct.
- Handle payments and keep documents organized.
- Analyze financial data and trends.
- Reconcile accounts and fix errors.
Insurance Policy Review
- Review insurance policies to ensure correct coverage and payments.
- Prepare and update reports related to insurance.
- Work with the team or fund manager to solve policy or claims issues
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Submit reports on time.
- Keep records ready for audits.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Prepare and review financial forecasts when needed.
Audit and Internal Controls
- Support internal and external audits.
- Help respond to audit findings.
- Ensure financial processes follow proper controls.
Other Duties
- Take on additional tasks as assigned showing flexibility.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance or risk fund assessment.
- Experience in risk advisory or financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in risk metrics and financial modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse multi-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
