Financial Accountant (Regulatory Reporting)

Major Duties:

• Prepares and reviews regulatory reports for various EMEA entities

• Prepares and reviews daily monitoring for various EMEA entities

• Acts as a key contact for various internal partners with the ability to communicate succinctly and interpret regulatory and financial results.

• Recommend and implements process improvements identified in day to day work.

• Perform various analyses to assess the impact of changes in regulations new business etc.

• Work with various internal and external partners on cross-function processes or projects providing analytical and procedurally represent the team.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of all regulatory reporting systems and demonstrate the ability and the desire to share the knowledge in the form of training to lower level staff.

Knowledge:

• Thorough business and technical accounting knowledge acquired through 2-4 years of corporate or industry experience.

• Experience in audit regulatory or statutory financial reporting with a large organization an advantage.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines by multi-tasking and prioritizing various assigned deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Requires attention to detail and solid documentation techniques.

Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting is required. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.

• CPA certification strongly preferred.
