Position Title: Remote Senior Auditor / Accountant
Client : Australian Audit firm
VA Rate: 9AUD (Negotiable to the right candidate)

Role Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills Ability to work autonomously Strong English communication skills Professional and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving capability High level of integrity and confidentiality Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience using Xero preferred MYOB experience advantageous Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and remote workflows Preferred Candidate Indicators: Currently employed or recently employed in a professional services environment (ideally Australian audit firm) Existing Australian client exposure Prior remote work experience Stable internet and home office setup Ability to take on additional hours if needed (scale up) Essential Experience: Minimum 35 years professional experience in each field Experience working with Australian accounting or audit firms Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards (AASB) Understanding of Australian auditing standards and audit methodology Experience with not-for-profit entities highly desirable
