Job Description:
Endtoend leadership of finance operations: reporting FP&A budgeting forecasting tax compliance reconciliations and monthend close
Ownership of operational and financial systems including implementation optimisation and adoption
Insightdriven reporting that directly supports strategic and commercial decisions
Coordination of audits and ongoing regulatory compliance
Strengthening financial controls and continuously improving processes
Active engagement with funders regulators and external partners
Support across treasury funding initiatives and due diligence
Tracking financial performance identifying costsaving opportunities and assessing business risk
Leading mentoring and developing a capable finance team in a fastpaced environment
Partnering closely with senior leadership and the CFO on key initiatives
Skills & Experience:
SAICA articles completed
Minimum 4 yearsexperience in a finance management role
Proven experience in the FMCG sector
A proactive commercially minded approach with strong stakeholder skills
Qualification:
Relevant degree plus experience
CA(SA) advantageous
