Job Summary
This is for a high-impact commercially astute CA(SA) who enjoys operating in complexity influencing senior stakeholders and shaping financial strategy across multiple entities without being slowed down by rigid process for process sake.

Job Description:
Youll lead a 13person finance team in a dynamic collaborative environment
Exposure to a group structure with multiple legal entities
Strategic ownership of cashflow treasury and profitability decisions
Real influence at EXCO and senior stakeholder level
Handson involvement in system transformation (Accpac -> Sage X3)
Meaningful involvement across commercial finance M&A support and investments
Hybrid working in a central easily accessible CBD location
Grouplevel cashflow treasury and liquidity strategy
Forex and investment risk management (this is nonnegotiable)
Financial decisionmaking around cost optimisation and profitability
Commercial input into M&A activity and growth initiatives
Engagement with the Reserve Bank and oversight of corporate tax matters
Leading system and process evolution - pragmatically not bureaucratically
Acting as a credible engaging finance voice at EXCO and boardadjacent level
Skills & Experience:
Youre a CA(SA) with 510 years solid commercial experience
Youre agile personable and influential not overly rigid or academic
You enjoy fast-moving environments and imperfect starting points
Youre comfortable balancing strategy with handson execution
You engage easily with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
You prefer impact over perfection
Qualification:
