Job Summary
Take ownership of group financial control reporting and consolidations ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant reporting strong governance and timely month-end and quarterly close processes within a regulated multi-entity environment.
- CA(SA) ACCA CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant
- 710 years group financial control/reporting experience
- Multi-entity accounting consolidations & intercompany exposure
- Hands-on month-end and quarterly close experience
- IFRS/local GAAP at group level (non-negotiable)
- Tax deferred tax & loss utilisation (non-negotiable)
- Banking covenants funding structures & audits (non-negotiable) Exposure to regulated/capital-intensive industries advantageous
- Experience supporting executives boards & auditors
