Key Responsibilities
* Achieve revenue targets and control service department costs
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively
* Lead and manage service team performance
* Oversee workshop operations and improve productivity
* Maintain quality standards for all serviced vehicles
* Manage warranty claims and manufacturer coordination
