Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer HR Services Operations Coordinator- Low Medium Complexity Transactional Execution
Role Purpose
Support transactional HR activities with high accuracy and adherence to defined processes and SLAs.
Responsibilities
Generate standard HR reports and maintain trackers
Support document creation using templates
Perform data entry validation and system updates
Maintain employee records and digital filing (DPA)
Handle basic HR queries and ticket routing
Monitor and distribute group mailbox emails
Support onboarding data setup and administrative tasks
Assist in payroll access and password processes
Systems Used:
Good to have: - ServiceNow Workday BMD; HRSuite; Excel; Outlook MS Teams; SharePoint
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
Basic HR or administrative experience and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Preference of an understanding of Workday module
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory requirements.
Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
Familiarity with enterprise service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is essential for this role.
Certification in HR management is a plus.
