Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have outstanding communication skill and a proven track record of teamwork and excellent customer service skills .
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization .
Personal and Profession integrity
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Basic automotive operating system knowledge
Responsibilities
Greeting customers scheduling service appointments in personvia phone and e-mail .
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age mileage and history of vehicle.
Estimating the cost and time needed to do the recommended repairs .
Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards .
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customer frequently .
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order .
