Job Summary

We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote 24/7 call center. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers by phone and chat in Spanish and English
Answer questions and provide support in a professional manner
Help with basic troubleshooting (internet Wi-Fi devices)
Document interactions and follow procedures
Escalate more complex issues as needed

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
1 year of customer service experience
Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work evenings weekends or rotating shifts
Must live in New York or Florida
Reliable internet updated laptop or desktop and quiet workspace

Pay & Schedule:

$1718/hour overtime
Paid training

Shift 1 (Confirmed):

Saturday Wednesday 2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Shift 2 (Anticipated):

Friday Sunday 2 weekdays (MonThurs)
2:00 PM 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
