Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
