What You Will Do:

• Create memorable experiences:Plan and coordinate meetings and events that support teams across the organization.

What You Will Need:

• Event coordination experience:Experience supporting events meetings or similar coordination or administrative work.

• Strong communicationskills:Ability to work effectively with team members vendors and stakeholders at all levels.

• Organization & attention to detail:Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep details on track.

• Technologyproficiency:Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint in a professional setting.

• Valid work authorization:Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
