Job Summary
Role overview
The Analyst will be a key member of the Amsterdam Client Support team providing high-quality support for the Optiq trading platform across all Euronext markets including Milan Amsterdam Athens Oslo and Paris. The role will also cover ancillary services such as MiFID reporting via the Saturn platform and risk settings management through the Riskguard GUI. The Analyst will interact with a wide range of stakeholders including external clients trading participants and internal teams ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for the Optiq trading platform covering all Euronext markets (Milan Amsterdam Athens Oslo Paris).
- Support ancillary services including MiFID reporting through the Saturn platform and risk settings management via the Riskguard GUI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as trading participants market operators and vendors as well as internal clients including IT operations and compliance teams.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document incidents solutions and best practices to contribute to the teams knowledge base.
- Participate in testing and roll-out of new platform features and service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- Bachelors degree in finance economics computer science or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a client support or technical support role ideally within financial markets or trading environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch French Italian Greek or Norwegian is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (preferably Optiq) MiFID services and risk management tools is an advantage.
