The Global Client Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Global Client Lead in the day-to-day management and delivery of a global client account. The role is focused on ensuring seamless execution of global media strategy operational excellence across markets and strong client and internal relationships.
Acting as the connective layer between global strategy/planningand local execution the Global Client Manager coordinates multi-market teams drives consistency and ensures campaigns are delivered on time on brief and in line with agreed commercial and strategicobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Support the Global Client Lead in delivering the overall client strategy and growth agenda
- Build strong trusted relationships with key client stakeholders at a working level
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience across all markets
- Support in managing client queries issues and escalation handling
GlobalCoordination& Delivery
- Act as the central coordination point across local market teams to ensureall necessary processes arefollowed andinformationis received.
- Ensure global strategies are translated effectively into local activation plansand executedwithinguidance
- Monitor delivery timelines outputs and quality across all markets
- Troubleshoot delivery challenges and drive resolution with local teams
Planning &StrategySupport
- Contribute to the development of integrated global media plans (online and offline)
- Support the briefing planning and activation process across campaigns
- Helpidentifyinsights andoptimizationopportunities based on campaign performance
- Share best practices and learnings across markets
Commercial & Financial Management
- Support budget management tracking and reporting across markets
- Work with the Global operations team on smooth andaccuratefinancial processes end to end and ensure all administration is correct
- Assistin financial processes including scoping forecasting and reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to contract terms scopes of work and financial governance
- Maintainaccuratereporting of client activity and investment
OperationalExcellence & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with global contracts frameworks and performance metrics
- Coordinate reporting and ensuretimelydelivery of high-quality outputs
- Support audits performance reviews and process improvements
- Drive consistency in tools processes and ways of working across markets
InternalCollaboration
- Work closely with specialist teams (strategy investment analytics finance)
- Collaborate with broader network teams to ensure best-in-class delivery
- Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities
- Proactively support broader team initiatives beyond core responsibilities
Skills &Experience
- 3years experiencein media marketing or client management roles
- Experience in international or multi-market account coordinationpreferred single market experience will be considered
- Strong understanding of media planning across digital and offline channels
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellentorganizationaland project management capabilities
- Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
