Rocky Bay are looking to appoint a committed and skilled Clinical Regional Manager to lead develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Clinical Operations Managers in our North locations.
OPPORTUNITY TO;
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to achieve strategic operational and budgetary targets
- Build and monitor a strong and collaborative team through facilitating the development of a supportive culture and implement Rocky Bays strategic direction
- Provide guidance on effective practices within a person-centred evidence based approach in relation to an individuals and/or familys therapeutic support
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
- Demonstrated ability to positively lead operate and drive change to improve service delivery outcomes
- Experience in a senior leadership and/or management role including operational financial people and strategic management
- Experience in delivering effective and efficient Clinical or Allied Health Service strategies plans and service models across a diverse and growing business model
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to identify new opportunities in the changing landscape as well as commercial governance skills in managing current business
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of contemporary clinical practices trends and opportunities
- Outstanding communication influencing and engagement skills
- Able to build & sustain a diverse range of collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated integrity self-awareness and professionalism
- Continuous improvement mindset
- High level of personal drive & Resilience
- An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Speech Pathology Exercise Physiology Registered Psychology Clinical Psychology or Social Work
- Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people and teams toward common goals
- Ability to understand business drivers and apply strategic thinking to achieve organisational outcomes
- Knowledge of family/person centred practice
- Contemporary attitude towards people living with disability
- Highly developed oral written and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading and managing team performance (Desirable)
- Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (Desirable)
- Experience working with and/or leading positive behaviour support practitioners (Desirable)
