We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect Back Office to play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprisewide technology solutions across our core backoffice domains including Finance HR and ERP.

As ourEnterprise Solution Architect Back Officeyou will:

• Develop a strong understanding of Nuffield Healths business strategy backoffice domains and user needs across colleagues partners customers and patients

• Contribute to shaping and aligning the Technology Strategy with business priorities and longterm organisational goals

• Define commercially viable technologyagnostic endtoend enterprise solutions that deliver clear business value (TCO and ROI)

• Lead highlevel solution design including impact assessments options analysis cost estimation and pragmatic tradeoffs

• Support business stakeholders in discovery activities and the development of robust business cases

• Provide architectural guidance to business leaders product owners and delivery teams preand during delivery

• Engage with key technology suppliers to understand strategies and product roadmaps

• Oversee delivery to ensure solutions are strategically aligned scalable and adaptable

• Act as a coach and trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivery teams

• Support architecture governance and ensure adherence to agreed principles and strategic direction

To succeed asEnterprise Solution Architect Back Officeyoull bring:

• Strong leadership skills with clear concise communication

• A pragmatic mindset balancing strategic direction with immediate business needs

• Demonstrable experience in architecture analysis and design including defining architecture strategies and roadmaps

• Proven track record designing IS / Technology architectures aligned to business outcomes

• Experience working with thirdparty solution providers

• 35 years of deep technical domain experience in backoffice technologies such as Finance HR ERP systems

DesiredExperience

• Experience delivering applications or platforms within the Healthcare sector

• Experience with commercial backoffice application portfolios particularly Workday

• Strong knowledge of agile delivery frameworks and full lifecycle implementation
