Skills:
- 510 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise across Service Portal CSM ITSM and Virtual Agent.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript UI policies client scripts Glide APIs integrations and custom app development.
- Experience working in environments with high internal ServiceNow maturity.
- Excellent communication skills able to work directly with demanding business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently handle ambiguity and deliver high-quality solutions under pressure.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and leadership located in US time zones.
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD CIS in ITSM or CSM etc.)
- Experience with complex integrations (REST SOAP MID server)
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Lead development initiatives related to:
- Service Portal
- Custom Web Development (JavaScript HTML CSS UI scripting)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Virtual Agent / Virtual Assistant
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects product owners and stakeholders across US time zones.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform governance.
- Troubleshoot optimize and upgrade existing solutions as the platform evolves.
