Job Summary
Quantum ERP Solutions is looking for an AI & ERP Analytics Specialist to help us leverage modern AI tools to support ERP analytics business processes intelligent agents and project artifacts. This is a fulltime role and can be onsite or remote.
What youll do:
- Use modern AI tools and assistants to analyze ERP and business data
- Translate business processes KPIs and analytics into clear insights and documentation
- Help design and support AIassisted workflows agents and automation concepts
- Create AIgenerated project artifacts such as process maps requirements summaries and reports
- Collaborate with ERP CRM and delivery teams to improve decisionmaking and efficiency
- Work across projects involving analytics operations finance sales and delivery

Requirements

- Hands-on experience using AI tools for business analysis analytics or system support
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM business processes and data
- Ability to translate complex or unstructured information into actionable outputs
- Experience supporting analytics reporting or operational insights
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and business teams
- ERP CRM or consulting experience is a strong plus
