Job Description
OES Equipment part of the DPR Family of Companies is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking an experiencedReporting Specialistwho will support theFP&A teamby deliveringaccuratetimely and actionable insights through data analysis reporting and automation. This role partners closely with F&A and cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecasting planning variance analysis and decision support through high-quality data and analytical rigor. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Design build andmaintaindashboards and reports to track financial and operational KPIs.
Build strong working relationships and create/maintaina positive working environment.
Collaborate with F&A Operations and IT to align data definitions and reporting standards.
Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure data integrity byvalidatingfinancial data across multiple systems and sources.
Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities

StrongMicrosoft Office experience including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in finance or similar discipline.
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools.
Familiarity with Oracle EPM or similar planning tools.
Familiarity with data warehousing querying and automation.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.
