Reporting Specialist

OES Equipment part of the DPR Family of Companies is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking an experiencedReporting Specialistwho will support theFP&A teamby deliveringaccuratetimely and actionable insights through data analysis reporting and automation. This role partners closely with F&A and cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecasting planning variance analysis and decision support through high-quality data and analytical rigor. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design build andmaintaindashboards and reports to track financial and operational KPIs.

• Build strong working relationships and create/maintaina positive working environment.

• Collaborate with F&A Operations and IT to align data definitions and reporting standards.

• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure data integrity byvalidatingfinancial data across multiple systems and sources.

• Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in finance or similar discipline.

• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools.

• Familiarity with Oracle EPM or similar planning tools.

• Familiarity with data warehousing querying and automation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.

• Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.
