Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Project Scheduler based in Perth.


Youll be accountable for the detailed planning scheduling and schedule governance of hybrid power projects including the combination of thermal solar BESS and wind generation and all associated balance of plant works.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of complex hybrid power generation projects managing interdependencies between various energy components and maintaining rigorous compliance with technical specifications and safety standards specific to power facilities.

What youll do as Project Scheduler:

  • Developmaintain and manage detailed project schedules for hybrid power facility projects for all project phases including integration of schedules from all disciplines and contractors

  • Establishing baseline schedules to support our tendering efforts and manage schedule changes throughout the project lifecycle

  • Collaborate closely with engineering procurement and construction teams as well as specialized hybrid power solutions experts to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility

  • Analyse critical paths and recommend mitigation strategies for schedule risks

  • Monitor project progress against established baselines proactivelyidentifyingschedule variances potential delays and resource conflicts specific to hybrid power installations.

  • Prepare anddisseminateregular project schedule reports progress updates and look-ahead plans to project stakeholders including project management clients and technical teams.

  • Ensure that all scheduling activities align with relevant industry standards regulatory requirements and Aggrekos procedures

You are:

  • Proven in project scheduling or coordination roles ideally within the power generation renewable energy or large-scale industrial project sectors

  • Familiar with the project lifecycle of energy facilities including construction commissioning and grid connection processes

  • Experienced with hybrid power solutions (solar BESS thermal) is highlyadvantageous

  • Able to manage complex interdependencies in multi-componentprojects

  • Experienced with project management software (e.g. Primavera P6 Microsoft Project) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

  • Strongly analytical with the skills to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings related to power generation and distribution

  • A high level user of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
