Qualifications:
College hours high school diploma or GED
Proficient typing word processing and file maintenance skills
Effective organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Receptionist skills
Two years office experience
General office management and machines skills

Primary Purpose:
To serve in the capacity to assist all extracurricular activities on the campus.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support for campus-based extracurricular programs.
- Manage flow of information for campus-based extracurricular programs.
- Manage flow of information to campus-based Booster Clubs.
- Schedule coaches meetings fine arts staff meetings parent meetings and off-campus appointments as requested.
- Manage district/campus athletic budgets.
- Prepare weekly ticket sales (gate receipts game worker/officials) and deposits for campus events including weekly varsity football ticket sales.
- Assist coaching staff with event check requests user fees fundraising and other revenue producing venues.
- Generate and process POs and distribute PO merchandise.
- Work with vendors collecting quotes/bids.
- Provide assistance direction and information regarding campus-based extracurricular programs.
- Assist with scheduling of all campus-based extracurricular events with supervisors.
- Greet and direct all visitors.
- Work with campus financial secretary on weekly athletic ticket sales and fine arts activity accounts.
- Forward campus-based extracurricular programs work orders to Athletic or Fine Arts office via e-mail.
- Provide information to campus-based extracurricular programs websites.
- Work with all visiting college athletic recruiters and college fine arts performing groups.
- Order and inventory all campus-based extracurricular programs supplies as well as assist in ordering of non-music program fine arts (theatre dance art) office/general supplies.
- Receive all athletic equipment.
- Maintain records of all athletic equipment inventories and general supplies.
- Assist band choir and orchestra directors with the inventory of all music instruments and equipment as well as theatre and dance equipment and supplies.
- Communicate to coaches the dates for measuring of letter jackets which includes setting up and keeping permanent records of orders.
- Work with Booster Clubs on all sports brochures as well as all fine arts performance/concert programs.
- Compile a post-season sport review from each head Coach at the conclusion of each season.
- Compile an overall Award/Achievement report based upon the various competitions individual and program for all fine arts programs art band choir dance orchestra and theatre and provide to the Fine Arts office.
- Assist Booster Clubs and monitor campus-based extracurricular programs activity communications e.g. banquets etc.
- Assist Booster Clubs in preparing programs tickets etc. related to each athletic and fine arts banquet.
- Keep up-to-date schedules of all athletic teams grades 7 12 as well as all junior high band choir orchestra and theatre performances and competitions.
- Keep a list of athletic recognitions that includes Coach and team awards by individual sport.
- Assist the LMC with Athletic Facility Scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used:
Personal computer typewriter printer copier and fax machine.
Working Conditions:
Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions.
