As a Projects Management Senior Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Lead Site Installation Execution: Take full ownership of on-site installation activities for Baker Hughes equipment including gas turbines compressors coolers generators and control systems. Ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution across all phases.
• Site Leadership & Team Direction: Act as the single point of leadership on site. Direct internal teams subcontractors and field service personnel to deliver against schedule quality and safety expectations.
• Customer Engagement & Team Management: Lead and manage the customer project team interface maintaining alignment transparency and strong working relationships throughout project execution.
• Escalation Management: Take control of customer and internal escalations. Address issues decisively drive resolution and protect project delivery without compromising relationships.
• Financial Ownership (Billing & Collections): Own the installation financial performance. Drive billing milestones collections and cash flow ensuring the project does not drift into negative territory.
• Planning & Resource Management: Plan and optimize site activities manpower and resource allocation. Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time no chaos no surprises.
• Non-Conformity Management (NCRs): Lead the identification tracking and closure of site non-conformities. Ensure proper documentation root cause analysis Service Request management and timely resolution.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work seamlessly across engineering sourcing quality commercial and service teams. Align all stakeholders to a single execution plan.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Have a minimum of 10 years experience in installation and project management within the energy or industrial sector.
• Have a Strong understanding of Baker Hughes products and systems
• Have a Solid technical awareness of rotating equipment and installation practices
• Have a Demonstrated ability to lead teams in complex high-pressure environments
• Have a Strong commercial mindset with experience in billing collections and financial control
• Have an Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
