Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in 45 cities across Algeria Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Building on this infrastructure we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay save and borrow digitally.

La/Le spécialiste des opérations a pour mission de représenter Yassir Cash sur le terrain à travers des visites de points de vente partenaires et la participation aux événements afin de garantir la bonne maîtrise des offres la visibilité de la marque et la qualité du service.

Responsabilités principales :

Effectuer des visites régulières dans les points de vente partenaires
Réaliser des missions de mystery shopping pour évaluer la qualité du service
Vérifier la maîtrise des offres Yassir Cash par les agents partenaires
Contrôler la visibilité de la marque dans les points de vente
Participer aux événements Yassir pour accompagner les clients (top-up assistance etc.)
Réaliser des rapports de visite et daudit terrain.

Qualifications :

Bon relationnel et aisance sur le terrain
Sens de lobservation et rigueur
Autonomie et dynamisme
Mobilité sur la zone géographique concernée
Véhicule personnel obligatoire
