BIW CAD Engineer

A brief summary of the provided position as below Experienced design engineer with great communication skills to work cross-functionally to ensure critical interfaces in Cab. As a layout engineer you will collaborate with both whole vehicle layout team and different engineering teams to support the product development.

• Organize cross-functional meetings and task forces to ensure mechanical interfaces within Cab development both exterior and interior
•  Create and manage the development of 2D and 3D CAD models and oversee the implementation of design validation and testing plans to ensure quality safety and performance standards are met.
•  Act as an interface between cab development and other workstreams make sure critical interfaces are secured Lead concept development activities for cross-functional investigations balancing between cost quality and requirements
• Support in visualization and presentation of the product in 2D and 3D format

Qualifications :

• BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering Material Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in design quality assurance
• Strong proficiency in engineering design including software like Catia V5 KDP and Microsoft office.
• Experience in product development familiar with development process in automotive industry
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional international teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Fluent in English Experience in BEV commercial vehicle development is a plus.
