Job Summary
Calibration Execution40%
- Perform calibration adjustment and repair of mechanical electrical dimensional and electronic measuring instruments (e.g. multimeters oscilloscopes micrometers pressure gauges torque tools)
System Management 15%
- Manage and maintain the companys Calibration Management System / database to track equipment schedules histories and statuses
- Coordinate with external calibration service providers for outsourced calibrations ensuring timely turnaround and vendor compliance
Vendor Management 15%
Procedure Development10%
- Develop write and review calibration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions based on Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications and international standards
Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) Analysis10%
- Investigate and analyze OOT conditions; perform impact assessments on product quality and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as required
Compliance & Auditing 5%
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 17025 GMP or other industry-specific regulations. Support internal and external audits by providing calibration records and documentation
