Senior AMS Engineer Leader

岗位概述

作为DXC交付团队的客户单一联络点(SPOC)统筹 AMS团队(北京/合肥/天津&大连)的AMS服务交付负责客户关系维护SLA管理重大事件升级处理和商务沟通

核心职责

• 作为客户单一接口人统筹所有App相关服务交付
• 确保SLA/KPI达标主导月度/季度服务回顾
• 重大事件(Incident)和问题(Problem)的升级处理
• 变更管理审批和监督
• 服务报告编制和提交
• 参与247全员On-call轮值(作为升级点)
• 协调Data和Apps两个团队之间的协作
• 推动持续改进(CSI)
• 工作模式: Onsite常驻客户现场
• 负责应用清单: SLApps全线61个应用(北京RTM-I/AI/M365/Traditional 合肥HF/CDP 津连WMS/License等)

应聘要求

• IT服务管理/计算机相关专业本科及以上
• 8年以上IT服务管理经验
• ITIL V4 Expert认证或PMP认证
• 有客户SPOC经验优秀的沟通能力
• 了解AMS/L2运维模式
• 有制造业或汽车行业经验优先
• 中文母语英文流利(商务谈判文档)
