Intern, Central Controlling (6-month contract)

We are on the lookout for an Intern Central Controlling (6-month contract) to join the Finance Insights Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Heros financial stability and the Finance & Investor Relations Team youll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Heros ability to innovate expand and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

As an Intern in the Controlling team you will perform ad hoc financial analysis utilizing data from standard reporting tools to support team objectives. As well as assist in the preparation and development of comprehensive reports for senior management.

• Process and manage internal tickets regarding cost center adjustments and maintenance

• Assist in resolving intercompany recharge differences

• Support in the preparation of internal monthly financial reports

• Act as a point of contact for cost center owners providing clear and timely responses to standard inquiries

• Manage and update the internal intranet presence ensuring that all relevant materials and documentation are current and accurately maintained.

• Document existing controlling workflows to help streamline future onboarding and ensure departmental consistency.

Qualifications :

What you need to be successful

• You have MS Office Suite skills (especially Excel) & affinity to Finance tools (Experience with any Reporting tool would be considered a plus).

• You have a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or did other similar studies 

• You are Flexible and able to pivot between diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment 

• You have an inclination towards processes and finance 

• You are organized andwell-structuredwith good communication skills in English
