On Premise Festival & Event Manager

Event Strategy & Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with festival organizers promoters creators agencies and key On Premise partners.
• Map and deeply understand Japans event landscape to identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Create and execute the national festival & event strategy in alignment with international guidelines and local market needs.
• Negotiate partnerships that turn investment into content visibility and longterm value. 

Event Management & Execution

• Secure Red Bulls presence and ensure highquality 360 execution at music festivals and thirdparty events.
• Manage allocation and usage of On Premise event tools and equipment driving efficiency and ROI.
• Track evaluate and report event performance and results.
• Support On Premise teams and Musketeers with tools concepts and bestinclass execution. 

Contribution & Market Insight

• Act as a Red Bull ambassador internally and externally.
• Share best practices locally and internationally.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging event formats.
• Turn insights into innovative programs that strengthen brand image and drive business growth. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in consumer events festivals or event marketing.
• Strong understanding of On Premise environments and event culture.
• Excellent project management negotiation and communication skills.
• Creative entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent Japanese (written & spoken) and businesslevel English.
