Job Summary
Job Description: Remote Chat & Email Support Representative at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat and email communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Educate customers on hemp-based CBD products and their benefits
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge or a strong interest in hemp-based CBD products and wellness
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
