A young Swiss-owned company based in Cape Town who is seeking aproactive Hunter to drive net-new sales. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers identifying high-value opportunities and converting leads into successful transactions.
Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and email marketing.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecyclefrom initial qualification to closingusing Salesforce.
Value Proposition: Effectively present Capefoxxs offerings to prospective clients.
Conversion: Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Growth: Commit to ongoing personal development and technical skill mastery.
Minimum Requirements:
Sales Background: 13 years of outbound sales or call centre experience (preferred).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate qualify and close deals.
CRM Proficiency: Experience managing a sales pipeline ideally within Salesforce.
Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in a European language (German French etc.) is highly advantageous.
Industry Knowledge: Background in sales or enterprise software is a plus.
